Charleston Photographers Immersive Weekend

The Charleston Immersive Photo Workshop is a 2-day photography experience designed to capture the elegance, history, and southern light of Charleston, South Carolina. Led by world-renowned photographer Ramses Batista, this hands-on workshop invites photographers of all levels — from smartphone creators to professionals — to explore the city’s timeless beauty through guided instruction, curated locations, and real-world shooting. 

Across two unforgettable days, you’ll photograph the moss-draped oaks of Magnolia Plantation, the vibrant colors of Rainbow Row, and the golden glow of Charleston Bay at sunset. Mornings begin with soft light at Waterfront Park or Folly Beach Pier, while afternoons bring texture and storytelling to life at King Street, Charleston Market, and Magnolia Cemetery. The workshop concludes with architectural and historical highlights — from St. Michael’s Church to the serene Angel Oak Tree. Each moment blends artistry and technique, focusing on composition, light, and emotion.
